Many administrative things to do this week,so not much time for a new tutorial!
But I still want to share my never fail cake recipe with you!
You gonna need:
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1 ts yeast
1 ts baking power
1 ts cinnamon or vanilla (last time I made a mistake and I used nutmeg…not bad)
Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease cake pan lightly with baking spray or oil, and sprinkle flour over.
Put the flour in a recipient and add little by little the yogurt, melted butter, eggs, sugar, yeast, baking powder and vanilla. Stir until no lumps remain.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, covering with foil at the end if the top is browning. Transfer the cake to a cooling rack and let it cool.
Then you can add what you want (jam, cajeta …). I already try the homemade nutella topping …. mmmm … very good!
