Maybe you can unsewn the sleeve of an old t-shirt and use it as a pattern.

I couldn't found it either :(. I haven't found another tutorial but I hope this will help you a little: I took on of my t-shirt and I copied the shape of the sleeve. I drew the pattern on the fabric and cut both sleeves. I sewed each sleeve on the length, to make "tube". Then you must sew the sleeves with the rectangle of fabric (cf. photo).
