In reply to Karen. Yes, you could use those picture hangers that leave only a pin hole and yet hold heavy art. Usually this type of hole is acceptable in rental situations, and certainly very easy to paint over when you leave. Or, use command hooks on the wall; be sure to choose the 25lb or more rated type. Attach a loop type fastener to the back of the belt pieces that is big enough to go on the command hook. Add something like a faux leather rose or corbel to loop around the command hook to cover it from view.

Can you think of a way that this could be done without putting holes in the walls from the screws? I am concerned about leaving holes in my rental room.
