The Halloween month has officially started on the blog…. I like Mexican day of the dead celebrations much more than Halloween pumpkins, so you gonna see a lot of Calaveras in the next few weeks!
For today you can get the Calavera sugar skulls printable which is a simplified version of the cord light sugar skull I did a few weeks ago. I hope you will like it!

Supplies to make a Sugar Skull Garland
It’s very simple to make, I’m not even sure you need a detailed tutorial for this craft. Get the sugar skull printable on my shop and print it as many times as you want.
Besides the printable, you will also need:
- Yarn or Twine
- Scissors
- Glue
- Cardstock paper
- Printer
Cut out each Calavera skull, fold the top flap and glue it on the string…repeat for each skull until you have the desired garland length.
And done! Hang it on the wall and enjoy your nice sugar skull garland!
You surely enjoyed creating this simple yet delightful sugar skull garland!
I love using it to adorn the altar we set up for Día de Muertos.
It also serves as a fantastic decoration for a Mexican-themed celebration or if you’re looking to add a vibrant flair to your Halloween decor.
